Jonas and his voice

Jonas is discovering his voice. It's actually been quite amusing. Instead of simply crying, he has figured out how to project his voice making all kinds of fun noises. He "talks" to his play mat (I suppose he could be talking to us - telling us to pick him up) - but we pretend he's just talking to the stuffed frog that plays music and blinks lights. Of course he is still making his little coos when he is napping - but not in a deep sleep. We love all of his noises. Rich recorded one of Jonas' playtime rantings - pretty humorous.

I love it, he’s totally chatting! It’s so fun when they start to experiment with cause/effect (batting at toys), you can really see them putting the pieces together. And it’s funny to me to realize ‘this is my baby’s voice!’. Yep, that’s definitely a little person there. He’s very sweet.
I hope things are going well with work/nanny.
That is the absolutely most precious sound in the world. I miss that with mine. Please keep posting videos of Jonas so I can get my baby fixes through yours. Love ya.
